Overview
One3 Employer Medical Solutions (“One3”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit One3EMS.com or contact us, how we use it, the third parties that help us operate the site, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to this website only and not to any separate services, portals, or agreements governed by their own terms.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, phone number, and the contents of your message — so we can respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the site. Where required by law, this collection only occurs after you consent (see Cookies, analytics & your choices below).
Cookies, analytics & your choices
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and, with your permission where required, to understand how visitors use it. Your consent choice is stored in a first-party cookie and is remembered for approximately six months, after which we ask again.
Region-based consent. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions that require opt-in consent, no analytics cookies or tracking are loaded until you click “Accept.” If you visit from the United States, analytics may run by default and you may opt out at any time. If we cannot determine your region, we default to the strictest (opt-in) treatment.
Changing your mind. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, subject to your consent as described above.
For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Other service providers
Vercel. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides privacy-friendly, cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure traffic and performance in aggregate.
Form processing. Contact-form submissions are transmitted through our form provider and email infrastructure solely to deliver your message to us. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; to analyze usage and performance; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and similar non-essential technologies; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site; and the steps necessary to respond to your request when you contact us. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have the right to know what information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — though, as noted, we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry — and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our providers’ standard retention periods.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the providers we use may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already provided will be communicated as required by law.
